AADOM Annual Conference 2024

The Challenge
The American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) approached us to design a full branding package for their annual conference, one of the most anticipated events in the dental industry. They needed a cohesive visual identity that would build excitement, highlight the conference's high-quality offerings, and reflect the community-driven spirit for which AADOM is known. From a custom logo to immersive stage decor, we were tasked with creating all the event materials necessary to engage attendees and deliver an unforgettable experience.

The Solution
Our approach centered around creating a vibrant and professional brand identity that embodied the conference’s values: connection, growth, and education. Starting with the logo, we designed an energetic, Vegas-lights style mark, utilizing a dynamic color scheme to evoke enthusiasm and energy. This set the tone for the event’s branding across all materials.

To create a seamless experience for attendees, we designed an entire suite of materials, including banners, flyers, invitations, and badges. Each element was carefully crafted with consistent typography, color palettes, and graphics, ensuring a unified look and feel. Wayfinding signage was designed for clarity, allowing attendees to navigate the event easily, while large, engaging banners and stage decor amplified the energy of the event space.

On-screen presentations featured branded templates that reinforced the conference identity while allowing speakers to deliver engaging, visually polished presentations. For stage decor, we used large, eye-catching graphics that tied together the conference’s theme, creating an immersive backdrop that inspired attendees and captured the excitement of the event.

By designing each piece with a focus on quality, clarity, and AADOM spirit, we created an environment that reflected AADOM’s reputation for excellence and connection. The resulting branding package not only built anticipation but also ensured a memorable and cohesive experience from the moment attendees began anticipating the conference until the final session.
